HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

Every product is shipped with extra padding, however certain mishaps may occur with the delivery services mistreatments. 

If this is the case please contact our team through the provided support email, and the required actions will be taken care of swiftly.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If it has been less than 24 hours since the orders creation a cancelation is no problem. However if the order has already been shipped simply email us with the subject CANCEL

I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADRESS

If you have entered the wrong address, simply reply to the confirmation email sent to you by our team letting us know this issue. This can usually be sorted within 24 hours.
